Tinker VIP members MUST book a valid ticket for every member in their group attending the Stay and Play session. These tickets are different to our standard tickets as you will need to select a separate ticket for additional adults and for additional siblings. Every person requires a ticket to ensure that we are not exceeding our capacity according to fire regulations. If you don't select a ticket for every person in your booking you sadly, may be turned away.

THIS MEMBERSHIP IS ONLY FOR USE FOR YOUR OWN CHILDREN. If you are found to be using your membership to purchase tickets for children outside of your direct family group we would unfortunately have to revoke your membership. We understand that you may want to bring extra adults such as grandparents, godparents etc, this is permitted under the membership conditions as long as your purchase a valid entry ticket for them.

Please be mindful of others if you book to attend a session but are then unable to make it. Where possible please cancel your booking online or inform Tinker Stay and Play so that we can allow someone else to attend.
