Our Mountain Leader refresher day start off with a review of your current experience and a discussion about your consolidation period and timeline to the planned assessment date. This day will be a mountain day, with a focus on navigation. After the initial part of the day building a picture of where your strengths and weakness may be, we'll plan a practical session for the remainder of the day to really focus on the needs of the group. At the end of the day is a bit of time to review and create a forward plan and to give feedback about your skills.
