Lobster meat, king prawn and edamame bean medley with wild rocket and lemon and lime mayonnaise.

MAIN COURSE
Pot roasted shank of lamb with a delicate peach and pork farce, on a quenelle rich rooster mash potato, with lamb and port wine gravy and tender stem broccoli spears.

Oven baked butternut squash, chestnut mushrooms, spinach, walnut and vegetarian blue cheese Wellington, served with an orange scented thyme jus and tender stem broccoli spears.(v)

Fresh lemon and lemon zest syllabub with a tuille biscuit and popping candy pieces.
