A Chinese cooking demonstration by the talented Andy Chu will be supported by our own PYC catering team’s Chinese banquet
We will be entertained with Chinese dancers and dancing Dragons
A full evening to immerse ourselves into these Chinese festivities
Chinese New Year Menu:
Traditional Chinese appetiser selection plate to include:-
Crispy confit duck spring roll, fried prawn toast, Chinese pork pot stickers, marinated chicken wings, pork spare rib with sweet chilli dipping sauce and soy sauce. (Can be g/f)
Or
Crispy vegetable spring roll, kung pao tofu with Szechuan peppercorns and toasted peanuts. (V) ( can be g/f)
The “29028” main selection to include :-
Special fried rice with prawn, chicken pork and egg, mixed vegetable chow mein, salt and pepper tempura chicken breast balls with sweet and sour sauce. (can be g/f)
Or
Special mixed vegetable fried rice with peas and beans, mixed vegetable chow mien, salt and pepper tempura battered halloumi with sweet and sour sauce. (can be g/f)
