Join Tracy for gentle mum and baby yoga suitable for the recovering postnatal body. Babies can be 6-8 weeks and older, and will be actively engaged in the class through singing, and interaction with mum. There is no requirement for you to have yoga experience, all poses will be adjusted for the recovering new mother’s body and to ease out any aches and pains.
This is a 6 week course.
This event is for women only.

If you do not have a yoga mat to bring please get in touch as I can sell a mat to you.
I have mum baby yoga sensory bags for sale that have scarves, ball and space blanket inside for you to use when engaging with baby during the session and at home. You can buy the course ticket that has a sensory bag added on.
