Over the 5 sessions in the course you will learn the skills of baby massage with me, I have had over 10 years experience of teaching massage in small groups.
Massage can help a baby to calm themselves and settle to sleep, it has also been proven to improve digestion. As I will encourage you to do tummy time with your baby this will help them to strengthen their neck and back muscles, helping them develop the gross motor skills they need.
Your baby should be over 6 weeks old to sign up to the classes.
I will provide a mat for you both to sit on during the session, you may want to bring a cushion for your comfort and a towel for baby to lie on.
I will provide an additional email including dates & location of classes, plus instructions of what to bring after booking.
