SPRING EQUINOX - One Day Retreat

I love celebrating the seasons. Recognising and honouring the changes in nature always encourage me to adjust my own rhythms accordingly. Moving with the energy of the Earth feels beneficial on many levels and definitely helps my day to day life flow with more ease.

The Festival of Balance and Potential, when day and night are equal, is a powerful opportunity to restore equilibrium and create positive change.

I look forward to welcoming you at the farm to celebrate the arrival of spring. This is a wonderful time to connect with nature, the energy of the growing season and consider how we can bring balance into our lives.

Our retreat day starts with an extended yoga masterclass (a Vinyasa style, Yin-Yang flow), including use of essential oils, pranayama (breathing practice) and meditation, all aligned with the season of spring.

A delicious, freshly prepared vegan/vegetarian lunch will be served by the lovely Kirstie McCullough. Kirstie is a talented local chef with a keen interest in the healing properties of food.

After lunch we'll set off along a beautiful, quiet path to Avebury village. We'll pause by the magnificent beech trees, a magical place to reflect and meditate, before continuing our circle around the stones and walk back to the farm.

There will be fresh herbal teas and home-made healthy treats on our return and we'll conclude our day with a luxuriously long guided relaxation.

Groups are small, with lots of space and personal attention. No experience is necessary and beginners are very welcome. Mats, props and lavender eye pillow are all provided.
