Meet the Funders Workshop - Outcomes, Monitoring-Evaluation, and Sustainability of your Project

This workshop is targeted at either:
• groups who have an idea for a project, are applying for funds to think about the processes for monitoring and evaluating their work
• groups who are in receipt of funds and are seeking to evidence the impact of their project to funders

The workshop will include:
• How to record and demonstrate the impact of your project
• Examples of how to monitor and evaluate your project
• What sustainability means for your project
• Ideas for future sustainability

The aim is to show various methods and tools to help demonstrate the impact of a project to funders throughout a funded project.
