A little bit about us..

Ali is a trauma informed wellness coach, Celtic witch and energy healer. She will lead us through several mindful activities and conscious connected Breathwork designed to get us out of our minds and deep into our body. This will result in stress and tension release, deeper self awareness and literal blockage removal and integration. She will also be holding us in ceremony with Celtic saining, drumming and energy cleansing throughout the weekend.

Dr Hayley is a senior yoga teacher specialising in guiding individuals toward balance and well-being through the transformative power of yoga. Known for her compassionate and holistic approach, Hayley has dedicated her career to helping people overcome stress and anxiety, fostering mental clarity, emotional resilience, and inner peace. Hayley is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness and incorporates evidence-based practices into her sessions, bridging the gap between traditional yoga and contemporary well-being science.

Hayley will lead practices which incorporate meditation, yoga and mindfulness to support you in managing life’s pressures, and rediscovering your inner strength.

James brings a playful and energetic guided yoga flows with a heartfelt enjoyment of movement and spiritualism

A selection of twin,single occupance double rooms, King Size and Four poster beds.
Most have their own ensuite and some rooms have a shared Jack and Jill bathroom.
