This is a half an hour online class
Using our natural power - the breath as a tool to release unwanted energy enabling you to return back to your body and focus on the day ahead.
You can join the class live or you can book on and receive the recording allowing you to practice whenever you like. I will send a recording out to anyone who books on, the recording will last a month.
This is suitable for everyone of all abilities
Sign into Zoom using the link you are sent after booking on.
Allow for yourself to be seated in stillness for 30mins.
You can sit on the floor, against a wall or in a chair.
Please log on at least 5 mins before the class starts.

Please don't worry about your background sounds I mute everyone during the classes so no-one will get disturbed by what happens in your space.
I record these sessions and the video is set to me as the host so unless you turn your sound on you will not be in the video.
I edit the videos so any conversations that happen before or after the event that are recorded will be edited out.
