Join us for a tranquil evening of yoga, meditation, and nature, high up in the trees, as we honour this month's Harvest Full Moon. Set in a serene woodland, you'll immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of nature while connecting deeply with yourself.
🧘♀️ What to Expect:
Luna Cycle Yoga: Flow through a gentle grounding practice as the sun sets and the moon rises, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of birds and the whisper of the breeze.
Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation): Let go of tension and drift into deep relaxation, guided by the natural beauty of the setting.
Gratitude Circle: Finish the evening by sharing your intentions and reflections, sipping on warm drinks, and enjoying delicious vegan, gluten-free snacks.
🌄 Location: A stunning raised wooden platform deep in the woods, where nature fully embraces you. After a peaceful woodland walk, you’ll be ready to lose yourself in the magic of the moonlight.
🌅 Timing: 4.30 - 7.30pm
Sunset: 7:50 pm
Moonrise: 7:28 pm
Weather permitting, we’ll watch the sun set and the full moon rise—creating a truly magical moment.
✨ Leave feeling renewed, balanced, and grounded, with the peaceful energy of the moonlight in your heart. ✨
Please bring your own yoga Mat, Props you need, Water and a Blanket or Sleeping Bag.
Wear sensible shoes as there is a walk with a steep and rugged incline and decline through fields and woods to the treetop platform.
This is an outdoor event.
Please wear layers and if the forecast is showers bring a rain coat.
If the event is cancelled due to terrible weather you will receive a full refund if needed.
If you need to borrow yoga equipment please let me know as I can bring you some.
