Enjoy a whole afternoon of Restorative Yin Yoga, breathwork and meditation inside in a beautifully cosy round house surrounded by nature.
There will be heat from a log burning stove to keep you warm and toasty inside this stunning hand built cob house whilst you look out into nature with views out into the distant hills.
Allow nature to soothe you inside and out.
Whilst you move through your guided practice you will hear bird song, donkeys, horses and pigs as well as other surrounding wildlife, watch the clouds roll by over the distant hills, breathe in the crisp fresh autumn air and feel grounded and peaceful with nature.
There will be warming drinks and tasty vegan snack to enjoy!
Treat yourself and maybe even others with this wonderful experience.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 5mins early as we will start walking to the cob house at 1pm as a group.
Parking is onsite, drive through the gates to the top parking area. Please close all gates after you as there are animals around.
What to Bring
Bring your own yoga Mat
Water
Warm clothes
Blanket or Sleeping Bag.
Wear sensible shoes as there is a walk through fields and woods.
If you are prone to being bitten by insects please wear bug spray.
If you have one, a small touch is useful for the journey back to your cars.
Please wear layers and if the forecast is showers bring a rain coat.
Departure
Please close all gates behind you as there are animals around.
If you are running late let me know so I can send you instructions on how to get to the cob house.
