Set sail and drift away to far off lands where you can tune into the energy of mid summer and use your power to release and unwind. Float and flow through an organic yoga practice of intuition giving yourself the nurture and care you deserve through movement, self massage and guided breathwork.
Followed by an hour of dreamy vibrational sound healing guided and performed by Juliet Philpot. Juliet’s sound therapy will transport you off into magical lands of summer evening enchantments.
This is going too be an evening that you don't want to miss!
Please arrive 10mins before the time of the event. The time of the event is the start time for the practice.
If you arrive 5 mins late you wont be allowed in until after the yoga practice has finished.
Arrive quietly into the space, please respect others settling down.
There is limited car parking at the venue, we can all squeeze in as much as possible but there is also lots of street parking close by. So allow for time to park.
Bring water
Wear Layers of clothing. The venue is nice and warm so if its a hot day then it will be warm inside.
Bring your Yoga Mats and any props you like to use for your practice. I will have some spare with me but not enough for everyone.
If you don't have a yoga mat let me know and I can put one aside for you.
