This retreat will offer:

Release stagnant energy through slow, long-held yin yoga shapes and supportive restorative yoga postures that help ease tension and invite energy to move in the body
Integrate and rest — with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful guided meditation that settles the nervous system and anchors your intentions in body and mind
This retreat gives you the opportunity to pause, breathe and restore.
Suitable for all levels; no yoga experience necessary. You will need to be able to lie on the mat but no fitness, ability, flexibility or seated to standing required. Chairs can be made available to help you to stand.

Yin Yoga is a slow, deeply meditative style of yoga inspired by the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. Postures are held for longer periods to gently stimulate the body’s energy channels (meridians), helping to clear energetic blockages and restore balance. Yin targets the deeper connective tissues — fascia, tendons, and ligaments — to support flexibility, circulation, and inner stillness.
Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep”, is a guided meditation practised lying down. It invites you into a state between wakefulness and sleep — a place of deep, conscious rest where body and mind can fully let go.
Absolutely no yoga experience is needed. You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or strong — just come as you are and allow yourself to rest.
Suitability
This workshop is not suitable for early pregnancy, extreme hypermobility, osteoporosis, or recent surgery. You will need to be able to lie or sit on a mat.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to the retreat if you can - I know life happens but if you can give yourself time to settle in. The parking can also be extremely busy. There is an overflow car park so plenty space but give yourself time.
