SoulFULL Friday Yin classes are gentle early morning classes are here to help you release the week and ease into the weekend. These are gentle and relaxing classes focussing on yin yoga.
Yin Yoga is a slow, deeply meditative style of yoga inspired by the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. Postures are held for longer periods to gently stimulate the body’s energy channels (meridians), helping to clear energetic blockages and restore balance. Yin targets the deeper connective tissues — fascia, tendons, and ligaments — to support flexibility, circulation, and inner stillness.
Not suitable for extreme hypermobility. Please message in advance if you’ve got any chronic/long term issues.
You'll need somewhere to practice, ideally a yoga mat (but not essential), something to log into zoom (laptop or ipad best so you can see the screen). Kids, pets, pjs, bedhead etc all welcome.
