Details

Join Revd Canon Olive Stevens as she explores the relationship of humans with all creation and offers the question ‘What does it mean to be green?’

From the perspective that the universe is God's creative work and that humans have a very significant involvement in this work we will use biblical, spiritual and ethical resources to explore this subject. Biblical resources will include Genesis, the gospel of John, Jonah and Psalms. Other resources include writings of Brain McLaren, Richard Rohr, Barbara Brown Taylor and Franciscan theology. There will be an opportunity for discussion and to share thoughts and ideas.
