In Flow Yoga classes poses are linked together in a dynamic, flowing sequence that builds strength, flexibility and balance. We coordinate our breath with our movement which facilitates a fluid, focused and stable practice, and creates a moving meditation. Class includes meditative yogic breathwork (pranayama), a physical warm up, our flowing sequence of poses to strengthen and open the body, a cool down and finally deep rest.

BEFORE yoga class, advise your teacher if you have any injuries, if you are pregnant, or if you have other medical conditions about which the teacher should be aware.
Beginner yoga students, advise your teacher if this is your first ever class. Your teacher will provide appropriate modifications. However, you are responsible for your body. If a posture or movement doesn’t feel right, please don’t do it.
Please, absolutely no use of technology in our practice space before, during or after class. No mobile phones or cameras. If you wear a smartwatch please ensure it is on silent, in do not disturb mode and that the screen is in theatre mode.
