Faster-paced than Flow classes, in Power Flow we explore poses and flows that develop more strength, flexibility, fitness and focus. There is more opportunity to tone and sculpt the body, improve cardiovascular fitness and challenge yourself physically and mentally through more advanced class sequences. This class provides the most challenge physically so bring water and expect to sweat.

BEFORE yoga class, advise your teacher if you have any injuries, if you are pregnant, or if you have other medical conditions about which the teacher should be aware.
Beginner yoga students, advise your teacher if this is your first ever class. Your teacher will provide appropriate modifications. However, you are responsible for your body. If a posture or movement doesn’t feel right, please don’t do it.
Please, absolutely no use of technology in our practice space before, during or after class. No mobile phones or cameras. If you wear a smartwatch please ensure it is on silent, in do not disturb mode and that the screen is in theatre mode.
