These Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are both a physical challenge and a moving meditation. We start with yogic breathwork (pranayama) and warm up our bodies with gentle movements. We then move into a more rigorous flow where we connect our breath with our movement through various yoga postures. We then wind down with relaxing postures and deep rest.
Modifications are offered for different abilities and those with conditions and injuries.
This is a strength-based style of yoga so expect to sweat. At the end of class, you will leave feeling challenged and energised, yet also calm and centred.
With regular attendance you can expect to feel stronger and more flexible, to have better balance and to learn mindfulness tools to manage stress.

Level: improver, intermediate
Students should arrive 10 minutes early and bring their own yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap. New students may borrow equipment.
To avoid disrupting class, late arrivals will not be admitted.
Please notify your instructor prior to class if you have a new injury or condition so safe modifications can be provided.
