Slow Flow & Restorative Yoga classes are similar to Flow Yoga classes in that they string yoga poses together and connect the breath with the movement for a fluid practice, however they move at a slower pace and provide more time for restorative poses and meditation. This style class is appropriate for all levels of students and is a great options for beginners and those returning to yoga after time away.
If you expect to miss a class, please visit the Make-Up Classes booking page where you can notify Twist & Bliss Yoga of an absence and schedule a make-up class. Make-up classes are based on availability and are not guaranteed.

Students should arrive 10 minutes early and bring their own yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap.**
To avoid disrupting class, late arrivals will not be admitted.
