A little about me, well my name is Harriet and I am the owner of Twisted Metal Pole & Aerial Studio! I fell in love with the world of aerial in 2015 where I started attending one pole class a week, it didn't take very long for this to increase to 2, then 3, 4 and so on. I also then decided to do more than one discipline, the main ones being Aerial hoop and then Heels classes, which has now become my absolute passion! I not only fell in love with pole itself, I also fell in love with the atmosphere within each of the classes, the studio became my home away from home and over the years has helped me over come depression, anxiety and many body confidence issues I had. I now have the ability to create that same atmosphere for my students, their home away from home, and this means the absolute world to me.
