A weekly farm experience for ages 4 and upwards, towards teens. Home educated children welcome.
Children will be involved in feeding and looking after a range of animals including pigs, donkeys, ponies, sheep, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens and ducks.
There will also be opportunity to work on a vegetable garden area and help look after all the places the animals live in around the site, which is in a fully risk assessed, private, and rural area near Horsham. Exact location provided on booking.
Session runs from 10am - 2pm.
Adults are encouraged to stay. Children can stay for 2 or 4 hours.
Children aged 4 must always be accompanied by an adult, for 2 hours, 10am - noon. £12.50
Children aged 5-8 can be unaccompanied for 2 hours 10am - noon for £12.50. If they want to stay for 4 hours, an adult must accompany them and ticket cost is £25.
Children 8 and older may stay with or without an adult for 2 hours for £12.50 or 4 hours for £25.
Sessions run Wednesdays during term times, starting 23rd April 2025.
Please wear suitable sturdy footwear and clothing, suitable for dealing with animals, dirt and mud, and any sort of interesting weather that may occur. Shelter is available though you will be mostly outdoors.
Please bring your own snacks and drink, and your own lunch if you are staying all day.
