Begin the year with stillness, care and renewal at NEW YEAR RESTORE, a winter retreat dedicated to rest, rebalance and deep restoration. Held in the embrace of nature—trees bare yet strong, water calm and reflective—this day invites you to slow down and realign after the turning of the year.
Through a gentle integration of energy work, movement, sound and breath, you’ll be guided into spacious rest and inner balance. Together, we’ll create a warm, nurturing container to release what is no longer needed and invite in clarity and harmony for the year ahead.
Bring only a blanket, water, a warm jacket, and forest-appropriate footwear, and allow the winter landscape to hold and restore you.
Leave feeling nourished, grounded, and rebalanced, ready to step gently into the year with renewed energy and ease.
Lunch is provided.

A 1.5% booking fee applies to bookings with a cost.

Parking is available next to the Clyde Suite, the Clyde Suite is located in the building next to the MEN'S SHED. Drive down towards New Lanark Hotel and follow the road as it sweeps round and head down into New Lanark Visitor Centre buildings, you'll see a car park to the right, this is close to the building but you can also continue along until you see a chimney and there is a small car park at this point. The Clyde Suite is located in the last building before this car park area.
