In this class we will spend most of the time on the rings with some floor work included to give our hands a break from all the grip work so make sure you bring your own yoga mat or towel for the ground
We will start off learning the strength basics and then work towards learning a flow with all the beautiful shapes
I take my inspiration from calisthenics, aerial and floor work dancers to build strong and flexible bodies to do all the fun things while upside down on the rings!
