Details

Join me as we immerse ourselves in the beauty of slowing and grounding down. Stepping into the unknown darkness of winter and all the knowledge, self reflection it has to offer within our Yin Practice.

I will guide you through breath work as we access the parasympathetic nervous system and turn inward weaving into the fascia through stillness and tension.
Then finish the evening off with a captivating sound bath with Vicki @my.kind.yoga
