Regulate your nervous system, release old and stagnant emotions and energies, quiet the mind and come into the body, and experience the magnitude of the magic living inside of you. These containers are powerful and often result in profound healing and reclamations, allowing you to step into new levels of personal empowerment, embodiment, and presence in your life.
You do not need to bring anything with you. We will provide everything you need for the workshop but please feel free to bring a pen and notebook if you'd like to journal after the workshop.
