Motherhood and life can sometimes leave us feeling like we’ve lost a little of who we are — and our friendships and support networks can change too. Strong Again is about building a new community where you can meet other women, have real conversations, make new connections and feel supported.
Come exactly as you are. Bring your baby or child, or come on your own — you are equally welcome.
🧸 Toys and activities will be set out for children to enjoy while you relax, chat and connect with other women.
There’s no pressure, no judgement and no cost to attend. Just a relaxed, supportive circle of women finding their feet, rebuilding their confidence and getting stronger together. 🤎

There’s nothing special you need to bring. Simply come as you are.
👶 Babies and children are very welcome, but you’re equally welcome to attend without children.
🧸 Toys and simple activities will be available for little ones.
☕ Feel free to bring a drink or anything you or your child may need during the session.
👗 Comfortable, casual clothing is absolutely fine.
🤎 This is a relaxed, judgement-free space. You’re welcome to join in with conversations as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
