5-Day Marrakech Yoga Retreat!!

Are you looking to take time out and spend 5 days focussing entirely on yourself? If so, then my November 2023 retreat is for you!

Arrival: Tuesday 14th November 2023
Depart: Sunday 19th November 2023

A chance to have a reset before the busy festive season begins and a chance to nurture yourself. This 5 day retreat will be filled with meditation, journaling, yoga, workshops, massages, facials, a chance to explore Marrakech or simply enjoy lying by the pool in tranquil surroundings.

My yoga style is open to all levels, our morning practices will be Vinyasa / Hatha based classes and the evening Yin / Restorative classes. I offer online and in person classes if you want to see how I teach before booking!

Dar Moulouya is situated just 20 minutes outside of Marrakech city centre. The Villa itself has 7 beautiful colourful bedrooms, 5 of these are en suite. The Villa boasts a lovely swimming pool surrounded by a large mature garden with stunning views of the Atlas Mountains. Dar Moulouya's wonderful chef Rabia will be cooking on this retreat and serving up delicious healthy locally sourced produce and food.

I also have joining me, masseuse and facialist Talullah O'hea. Tallulah is an experienced Sports Massage Therapist who has been working in the industry for 7 years. Her expertise and knowledge of the body helps guide her intuitivately through her treatments, making each treatment very bespoke to the individual. Tallulah has extensive knowledge about the mind and body connection and she is passionate about helping her clients relieve tension, de-stress and find a sense of relaxation. A stressed mind creates a stressed body and her massage aims to calm both the mind and the body.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
5-nights accommodation in a luxurious villa

Daily housekeeping and laundry services.
All meals, snacks, and refreshments [excluding alcohol]
Twice daily yoga, meditations and journaling with myself.
A group set time arrival and departure airport transfer

PRICING:
£1,450 per room (shared doubles) or enjoy the luxury of coming on your own!. The remaining payment is due 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date.
A £450 deposit is required to secure your booking, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. If however, we're unable to travel to Morocco due to Covid-19, we will postpone this retreat.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom apart from two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
Flights are direct to Marrakesh, the house is a 30 minute drive. I will be organising an airport transfer on the day of arrival for everyone which is included, if you plan to arrive at a different time we can organise a taxi for you at an additional cost.

ADDITIONAL COST:
There will be chances to go on excursions in the afternoon to the souks, etc. We can arrange transport for these at an additional cost. Massages & Facials with Talullah are n extra cost per treatment, we will be putting together a deal on treatments!
