Rotator cuff, shoulder and upper back roll – part of the head, shoulders knees and toes series
This roll will take us on a tour of the rotator cuff muscles, the shoulders, scapula and upper back using roll techniques and strengthening moves to support shoulders to feel relaxed and reinvigorated. Breath work will be utilised to aid relaxation and to consider how our breath can impact on how are shoulders feel.
Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes Series
The head, shoulder, knees and toes series are workshops that target specific areas to give you the knowledge to apply the massage technique to yourself at home. Each workshop will focus on one area of the body, looking at the anatomy of that area, exploring what we are rolling, stretching strengthening and why. Some workshops in this series include strengthening exercises to compliment the rolling techniques used.
All equipment is provided, if you like to use your own yoga mat please take that with you. This class isn't only for yogis however so dont worry if you have never been on a yoga mat before, all rolls can be adjusted to the individual.
