VIX’S FITNESS HATTON BOXING FOR FITNESS TEACHES YOU THE FUNDAMENTALS OF BOXING IN A GREAT FUN BUT INTENSE WORKOUT. THIS COURSE IS DESIGNED TO BULD YOUR BOXING SKILLS & TECHNIQUUES WEEKLY LEARNING NOT ONLY TO THROW A PUNCH BUT TO CATCH ONE AS A PAD HOLDER.
THIS IS REAL BOXING COMBINED WITH REAL FITNESS, PACED AT YOUR ABILITY LEVEL!!
A HATTON BOXING FITNESS SESSIONS ARE NO PHYSICAL CONTACT JUST A GREAT ALL OVER BODY WORKOUT USING FOCUS PADS.
MY HATTON SESSIONS WILL CONSIST OF 10 ROUNDS OF 3 MINUTE BOXING DRILLS.
THESE BOXING DRILLS CONSISTING OF BOXING COMBINATIONS, PYRAMIND TRAINING, FANTASTIC ABS DRILLS, LOWER BODY ROUTINES AND MIND BLOWING CARDIO DRILLS TO HELP YOU REACH YOUR GOALS.
LOWER & HIGHER EXERCISE OPTIONS WILL BE GIVEN THROUGH OUT THE COURSE SO YOU ARE ABLE TO WORK AT YOUR FITNESS LEVEL.
THOUGH THE WEEKS OF TRAINING NEW SKILLS WILL BE TAUGHT WEEKLY INCLUDING PAD HOLDING SKILLS, PUNCHING & DEFENCE TECHNIQUES
Please feel free to bring your own boxing gloves & pads if you have them if not I will provide them.
If you would like a mat for floor work please bring one and plenty of water.
