Social Media Training - Voluntary Sector Support

Designed for teams using Facebook to connect with residents and local audiences. We'll look at:
• What ‘good’ content looks like in 2026
• Crafting a tone of voice that feels friendly and professional while remaining accessible
• How to encourage interaction and community
• Whether follower numbers matter
• Where to focus limited time for the biggest impact
Participants are welcome to submit any specific questions in advance for discussion during the training.

Deposit information
We will take a £10 deposit to secure your place on this training course. Your deposit will be refunded if:
• You attend the training course.
• You cancel your place with more than 48 hours’ notice.

We cannot refund your deposit if:
• You cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice.
• You do not show up on the day of the training.
