Embellish Your Knits - February 17

Explore the world of embroidered knits with Wabi Sabi’s resident expert in all things whimsical!
Armed with a handful of embroidery stitches and floral inspiration, Caitlin is ready to show you how to turn leftover scraps of yarn into gorgeous embellishments. Students should feel comfortable working with a needle and thread and should bring either a finished pair of mittens or a finished swatch to embroider on. (Caitlin recommends a stockinette background, knit at a medium gauge in a non-superwash yarn.)
The shop will provide some yarns for stitching, but students are encouraged to supplement from their own stash of leftovers.

Supplies included:
A variety of coloured yarns

Students should bring:
Mitts or a swatch
Yarn from your stash
Darning needle

Cancellation Policy
Students must cancel at least 2 weeks before the class is scheduled in order to receive a refund. Should the store cancel a class, students will receive a full refund.
