A second event of the three evenings designed to enhance your skills and promote deep relaxation. Each event is divided into two parts.
In the first part, we will begin with gentle bodywork to release tension. This will be followed by Breathwork practice, exploring different breathing techniques and their benefits.
We will also add mantras related to each chakra (energy centre).
We’ll conclude with a Mindfulness meditation, resting in the present moment. You will receive step-by-step instructions. No previous experience needed.
After a brief break in silence, we’ll continue with the second part: complete relaxation focused on energy centres (chakras). We will explore each chakra and its connection to physical and mental health. You will be guided towards a state of profound relaxation.
There will be tea and a healthy snack at the end for those who wish to connect with fellow attendees.

Please bring a yoga mat or similar mat unless you prefer to sit on a chair. It is suggested to bring a block, cushion or pillow for comfortable sitting and as a support for your head during the relaxation time, a blanket and eye mask can be helpful to allow you to feel relaxed and comfortable.
Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
