The third and last DEEP REST evening designed to enhance your skills and promote deep relaxation, each event is divided into two parts.
In the first part, we will begin with gentle bodywork to release tension. This will be followed by Breathwork practice, exploring different breathing techniques and their benefits. We’ll conclude with a Mindfulness meditation, resting in the present moment.
After a brief break in silence, we’ll continue with the second part: complete relaxation. The unique focus of this evening will be Gratitude, Reflection and Appreciation.
There will be tea and a healthy snack at the end for those who wish to connect with fellow attendees.

Please bring a yoga mat or similar mat unless you prefer to sit on a chair. It is suggested to bring a cushion or pillow for comfortable sitting and as a support for your head during the relaxation time, a blanket and eye mask can be helpful to allow you to feel relaxed and comfortable. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
Please arrive between 6.15pm to 6.25pm.
