Enjoy a relaxed, long-table, dining experience starting with fizz and canapés on arrival, followed by a four-course menu crafted by Chef Pearson Morris using the finest locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Each dish will be perfectly complemented by expertly paired wines selected by Manager Saul McConnell, ensuring a perfect match of flavours for a night you won’t forget.
