This 1 hour workshop includes access to six excellent videos that you can use to support the parents in your school

This is a one hour group webinar providing practical strategies for schools to support parents of young children with home learning.

Schools will be provided with access to a series of six videos
(including a sound pronunciation guide) :
• helping parents understand exactly how they can support
their child with learning at home and showing them exactly
what they need to do;
• providing parenting tips and practical advice on how to
support phonics, early reading, writing and talking at
home; and
• providing real life examples modelling blending, sound
card and tricky word games; reading; writing and talking
activities.

You will have access to the videos for one year and will not be allowed to share these outside of your school community.

You MUST be from a state funded primary school in one of our 16 boroughs and a member of SLT (ideally the headteacher) must attend alongside the reading lead. You just need to book ONE ticket PER SCHOOL with the main contact.
