Welcome to the Freestyle Lab - your space to experiment, explore and evolve.
Led by the endlessly creative Lauren Elise (aka The Wiggle Worm!), this class is designed to help you find your own freestyle, boost your confidence in free styling and get really comfortable with freestyle movement.
Though guided prompts, musicality drills and playful exercises, you'll learn how to trust your instincts, quiet your inner critic and discover what freestyle feels like for YOU.
Whether you're brand new to freestyle or looking to deepen your personal style, this class is for all levels.

This is a monthly class that takes place on a Sunday at 4pm on the following dates:

We advise that you wear leggings and a top to warm up in and then participate in the class wearing shorts and a top
Please do not wear body lotion when attending class as this can make the poles very slippy and difficult to manoeuvre on.
Please remove all jewellery including rings and watches as these can damage the poles
