Body BLAST - 30 Mins

A 30 minute Full Body Blast to fire up your metabolism and muscles! Cardio, strength and explosiveness combine for a workout that will leave you sweating!

  1. Download Zoom
  2. Create a Zoom account and you MUST ensure you use the same email address as the one you use here.
  3. Book your workout
  4. 30 minutes before the class starts you will receive an email. The email will contain a hyperlink that you can click to take you straight to the class. IMPORTANT - Please do NOT use the auto generated password that will appear on your email (random letters and numbers) Our Warrior Zoom password will be shown to you on this system in the booking confirmation message once you have booked your class and remains the same for every subsequent Warrior class you attend.
