Hi I'm Jamie lead instructor and creator of Warrior Women an all female fitness group. I am passionate about fitness, health and feeling good and all my workouts are designed to work on these three factors. My workouts are achievable for all fitness levels and I offer a broad variety from HIIT to Strength training. I also run a fun and vibrant community where we have regular challenges, lots of tips and support on your fitness journey and a shared love of walking!
