Jill and Jesse are delighted to be teaming up at Wasing Wellbeing to bring you this UK retreat for Women.
Inspired by nature and the elements, and set in the magical grounds of Wasing Woodlands over three days and two nights, we invite you into our world of woodland walks, nourishing soul food, warm cacao and campfires, and of course, specially curated yoga practices to embrace the journey of our bodies, minds and souls as we awaken towards reconnection together this spring.
This is a Women only retreat, welcoming an all-elements connection to nature, and weaving in deep care for our health and immunity through loving practices, plus time to reconnect to ourselves and community.
The retreat venue is a beautiful woodland location set in Berkshire (45 miles from London) and offers luxury bell tent accommodation, with the two additional private cottage options to for your rest. If you are feeling wild and brave, a dip in the lake might entice you, all under the influence of May's New Moon in Taurus.
Along with a warm, earthy presence, Jesse and Jill offer an abundance of practices, from yoga nidra to ayurvedic yoga massage, slow somatic Scaravelli yoga to dynamic music-themed flow, restorative yoga and pranayama to forest bathing, soul coaching and kirtan. Our bellies and digestion will be looked after with a sattvic, seasonally sensitive blend of vegan and vegetarian delights to our lips, and taking care of the all-important afternoon tea and cake.
Your accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner, unlimited teas and coffees are fully catered for, including lunch on our final day, as are your twice daily yoga practices and an exclusive immunity boosting care package. Our outline schedule is below, and we might reserve one or two elements of surprise too!
We know that safety is still high on everyone’s agenda this year, which is one of the reasons for opting to take this retreat outdoors, giving us maximum freedom and minimum worry. Please read and digest the below details, along with T's and C's and Covid notes, and then click through to book online. Contact Jill with any questions at wellbeing@wasing.co.uk.

Terms, Conditions & Covid Statement
18.03.2021
In running any events, retreats or classes this year, covid-safety is at the forefront of all of our minds. We are embracing both the uncertainty of another year, and the responsiveness, agility and understanding needed to bring people together in a connecting, nourishing yet safe way.
Should the health landscape change, there will be a chance that the event has to be cancelled. At the time of writing here is the lay of the land envisaged for this retreat experience, and associated terms of booking. What to expect:
Additional Accommodation:
NEW- 1.05.2021- option to now book one of Wasing Park’s private en-suite rooms on twin or solo basis. Those booked on this event from 2020 may switch from luxury bell tent to en-suite room at no additional charge.
Whole Private Kitts Cottage:
• Bookable only by two people from the same household or support bubble.
• Comprising 2 x double bedrooms (and a spare single room which we do not envisage in use during this retreat), shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge and dining room.
Private Kitts Cottage Annex:
• Bookable by one person or two close persons from the same household
• Comprising 1 x Double Bedroom and an open plan shared shower room/loo.
Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Maximum overall retreat capacity 20
Shared Bathrooms and Hygiene:
Bathroom facilities for retreaters during the day and for those in bell tents overnight are three wooden outdoor compost loos. There are rules for their proper use shared on site. It is the nature of outdoor compost loos to have a little sawdust and other outdoor debris around. Our on-site woodland caretaker will be checking and maintaining regular sweeping and cleaning of these facilities during your stay for comfort.
Attending solo or in household bubbles
On booking you will be asked to note names of any other attendees in your bubble and make requests for room shares or single occupancy.
In addition please read through the following conditions of booking & attendance – you will be asked to confirm your agreement to this on booking:
Dining
During shared meal-times the dining tables will be set in a way that will allow for sufficient distancing from other households. A distanced dining plan will be shared ahead of the event in accordance with the relevant rules for outdoor catering, and we ask attendees to mindful at these times.
Practicing (Yoga, Outdoor Activities etc)
We will have a large undercover outdoor yoga practice space, which can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people with mats 1.5 metres apart. At the time of writing, we are planning to limit total attendees to 20 for our safety and comfort. Attendees are asked to bring their own mat wherever possible. Currently no props or equipment are provided by us. We recommend you bring a cosy blanket or two, eye pillow, and other props you like to practice with. Some props and equipment may be available, subject to our risk assessments which will be confirmed closer to the event start date as current restrictions are understood.
As the event is taking place completely outdoors, we ask that you come prepared with layers, cosy and waterproof, so that we can explore the woodlands and ground together and enjoy whatever the elements have to throw at us.
