This gathering is inspired by nature and the elements, and set in the magical grounds of Wasing Estate and Woodlands over four days and three nights close to October’s Libra New Moon.
Jill Watson is joined by the sound and soul medicine of Jessica Gray Lightly along with the beautiful cuisine of Kirsty McCulloch, to bring you this UK Autumn retreat for Women.
We invite you into our world of peaceful crisp woodland walks, nourishing soul food, gently purifying juices, songs and campfire, and of course, specially curated yoga practices to enjoy the journey of our bodies, minds and hearts as we come together to explore this Autumnal phase of the year. We are so grateful to also offer our unique woodland lake for wild swimming and Scandinavian sauna, supporting our joy and healing.
This is a Women only retreat, weaving deep care for our health and wellbeing through loving practices, plus time to reconnect to ourselves and community.
Along with a warm and earthy presence, Jill offers an abundance of practices, including slow somatic Scaravelli yoga, Yoni Shakti inspired practices to support Women's intuitive wisdom, elemental flows, and immersive practices like yoga nidra, forest bathing, meditation and mantra. Jessica will lead us over the weekend into a journey of sound healing, sacred song and Cacao ceremony, evoking our innate connection to the earth, the plants, our expression and our wild hearts. Our bellies will be looked after by Kirsty with a sattvic, seasonally sensitive blend of vegan and vegetarian food.
Our retreat venue is a beautiful woodland and country location set in Berkshire (45 miles from London), with a modern, spacious and well-ventilated yoga space. We are offering rustic shared farmhouse accommodation, as well as the option of a private cottage for two.
Home Farm House has a large shared kitchen, separate dining room and lounge where we will eat and relax together, plus a large private back garden. The farm house comprises 6 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, and three additional shared bathrooms.
Your accommodation, light breakfast, brunch and dinner, as well as unlimited teas and coffees are fully catered for, including lunch on our final day. We will enjoy daily yoga, sound or nature inspired practices together, and you will receive a sweet welcome care package on arrival. We have also included a full 60 minute massage treatment for each one of you with our partners at Cotswold Spa.
We know that safety is still high on everyone’s agenda at the moment, so we plan to infuse our time together with plenty of fresh air and freedom. Please read and digest the below details, along with T's and C's and Covid notes, and then click through to book online. Contact Jill with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Our on-site support will be checking and maintaining these facilities regularly during your stay for comfort.

We recommend you bring a cosy blanket or two, eye pillow, and other props you like to practice with. Some props and equipment may be available, subject to our risk assessments which will be confirmed closer to the event start date as current restrictions are understood.
