Free Taster Session
This free one-hour Mindfulness Taster Session introduces you to some basic mindfulness practices, and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and find out more about the 8-week course.
8-Week Course
This course includes both modern psychology and ancient meditation. We will investigate how mindfulness works, the qualities of mindfulness, how to practice (a range of techniques), investigating thoughts and habits, turning towards difficulty, watching suffering dissolve, the power of kindness and interconnectedness.
Each week we’ll explore some theory, practice, and have the opportunity to check-in around how our home practice has been and what we’ve noticed that particular week. Every week will include a different online guided meditation to practice at home, and a different Mindfulness in Daily Life practice. With the support of the group and facilitator, we will build up a range of meditation and mindfulness tools to use in meditation and throughout daily life.
