Step into a calming space to connect deeply with yourself and your body through a guided meditation journey. This workshop combines mindfulness with creative expression, inviting you to move beyond thoughts and enter a state of flow. From this grounded, meditative space, explore and express your inner world through painting, writing, or drawing. Whether you’re an artist or simply curious, this session will provide a nurturing environment to quiet the mind, listen to your body, and allow your creativity to unfold naturally. No prior experience is needed—just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore.

Note: This workshop is not funded by grants, all work leading the workshop and costs for materials must be covered by the NGO itself.
