A four part mini-series covering litigation, relationship property, employment and elder law.
Presented by experienced local practitioners - Guy Carter, BVA The Practice, Mark Dobson, Wadham Partners, Alastair Hall, Riverstone Law and Melissa Bourke, Innes Dean Lawyers. - sessions will look at common issues and provide you with basic foundational knowledge needed to assess problems, help in trying to understand a clients issue and if needed, being able to point them in the right direction.
The series is a must for junior/intermediate lawyers, anyone interested in the above areas, or for those with clients who may have questions relating areas outside their expertise.
The series is CPD compatible (1 hour per session).
