Jacob has been surfing competitively from the age of eight, then progressed into teaching yoga. For over 20 years, he has travelled the world reading waves and surfing conditions, gaining a wealth of knowledge. From the two disciplines of surfing and yoga, he has learnt the relevance of body movement patterns to train individual surfers for high performance surfing. And he’s stoked to be able to pass this on to help surfers reach their full potential.
