What'SUP Stand Up Paddleboarding with Tara

A wonderful way to challenge your balance and keep fit on one of the most peaceful places locally- the River Thames.
Whether you are interested in building up your fitness by paddling along the river or developing your floating yoga skills ( most comfortable mat ever), then come along and try out a session.
I am a Paddleboard Coach and a keen flatwater kayaker. I am a volunteer coach and train with Longridge Canoe Club near Marlow and teach a dozen yoga classes a week. I have paddled up and down the river for 8 years exploring the local area and I am excited to show you some of my favourite paddling spots.
Stand Up Paddleboarding is a super work out for your posture, strength and stamina. If you are thinking you want to buy your own paddleboard, I highly recommend you take a few lessons, to learn the ways of the river and its ebs and flows. Experience different sizes of boards and paddles and learn about river rules and licences and most importantly keep yourself and other safe.
