As autumn gently transforms the landscape, it invites us to slow down, let go and reconnect with ourselves & others.

Join us for Whispers of Autumn, a restorative wellbeing day set within the peaceful surroundings of Drumalis Retreat Centre, Larne. Surrounded by nature, this is your opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and embrace a day of calm, connection and renewal

Instructions

What to Bring

Yoga mat and blanket for comfort.
A water bottle.
Some cash for our wellbeing raffle, creative crafts, plants and the lovely drumalis shop.
