Family yoga for adults and primary age children (5-11 years).

Join us for a fun-filled yoga session designed for adults and children aged 5–11 years. Stretch like a cat, balance like a flamingo, and roar like a lion as we explore yoga through games, movement, and imagination!
Spend quality time together, build confidence, improve flexibility, and enjoy lots of laughter along the way.
