A lovely way to spend Friday evening.
Unwind with gentle flow yoga🧘🏼♀️, then create your very own festive jam jar posy with Sue (GracyMayFlowers) using locally grown, seasonal flowers and enjoy a glass of prosecco🥂
Wear comfortable clothing. Please bring a mat (if you have one) & water.
The yoga for this event will be slow paced and suitable for all.
