Details

Come and join us for an evening dedicated to slowing down reconnecting and taking time for you.

We will begin with a gentle Mat Pilates Sessions, with Rebecca from Haus of Forme.

Followed by a beautiful sound bath with Carly from Soma Sound and Wellbeing.

The evening will conclude with the opportunity to create a wonderful Autumnal bouquet from Jasmine at Flower Blossom and Bloom's Gorgeous flower bar

Enjoy a complementary glass of fizz or hot drink
